Scheduling Instructions
1. Choose Your Session Type
Please let me know what type of photoshoot you’re interested in (e.g., portraits, family, maternity, engagement, event, product photography). This will help me prepare the best experience for you.
2. Select a Date & Time
Choose a date and time that works best for you. If you’re not sure, I'm happy to recommend times based on availability. For outdoor shoots, early morning or late afternoon (golden hour) provides the best natural light. Please be aware of any time zone differences if you’re booking from another region.
3. Location
Please confirm the location for your photoshoot. If you're unsure, I can suggest beautiful spots or a studio option, depending on your vision for the session. If the shoot is at your home or another private space, let us know the address.
4. Session Duration
Most shoots last 30 minutes or 1 hour but let me know if you'd like a longer or shorter session. I can adjust the timing based on your needs, whether it’s a quick headshot session or a more relaxed, longer shoot.
5. Deposit & Payment
A 15% deposit is required to secure your booking. You’ll receive an invoice via email once your session is confirmed. The balance is due on the day of the shoot, and we accept payment from the website, cash or cash app
6. Weather Considerations (Outdoor Shoots)
For outdoor sessions, I will monitor the weather forecast closely. If the weather looks unfavorable (e.g., rain), I'll work with you to either reschedule or move to an indoor location.
7. What to Wear
Wear outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable. If you're unsure, feel free to send me photos of your clothing options, and i can provide suggestions. If you have props or special items you’d like to incorporate, let me know ahead of time!
8. Cancellation Policy
i understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify me at least 24 hours before the shoot to avoid any cancellation fees. If you cancel within 10 hours, a 50% fee of the session cost will apply.
9. Confirmation
Once i have your booking details, we’ll send you a confirmation email outlining the date, time, location, and session specifics. We’ll also touch base 24 hours before your shoot to make sure everything is set!
